BEAUTIFUL SEMI-DETACHED VILLA NEAR BEACH AND GOLF CLUB
Villa Aresti is a beautiful semi-detached villa located just a stone's throw from the beach and Zarautz Golf Club.
With capacity for up to 8 people, this unique 145 square metre dwelling is distributed over two fully renovated and tastefully furnished floors. The villa features a private porch with access to a communal garden and a cosy terrace on the upper floor, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the garden views.
Inside you will find a spacious lounge with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob that includes refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer and everything necessary for cooking. In addition, it has 4 spacious and bright bedrooms: two with king size double beds and four single beds, perfect for accommodating the whole family.
The villa has 3 bathrooms: one with a shower, another with a bathtub and a toilet, guaranteeing comfort for all guests. It also has individual heating with a gas boiler, WiFi to keep you connected, television and an iron.
Due to sewerage works, Aresti Street is closed and access is via an alternative route. A single parking space is available on the street.
Check-in time: 16:00 to 22:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out have an additional cost of 50 euros plus VAT.
No pets or youth groups are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the property.

Amazing location, quiet neighborhood
This stay was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and hikes up the hills. 10-minute walk to Old Town markets.
Come with your own beach gear or be ready to rent/buy from places along the beach.

Great stay in Zarautz!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after. Shots were very helpful and very easy to contact. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again!

La casa es muy bonita. Tiene acceso a un jardín comunitario muy agradable. Está bien equipada, cocina, menaje, electrodomésticos. Las camas muy cómodas. Es amplia y está muy cerca de la playa.
Creo que hace falta una nueva tostadora.
