Epimenidis House is a recently renovated property located in the beautiful village of Nteres, bringing effortless style and comfort to its guests. Thanks to its unique location, the villa offers a stunning view of the canyon of the area, prepare to be amazed! Indoor facilities
Main Building
Nuzzled in a privileged area, this villa offers unobstructed panoramic views overlooking the canyon, giving you the chance to feel the calmness of nature around you. Epimenidis House is divided into two buildings, in the main one once you step inside you will find yourself in the open-plan living area with a beautifully designed kitchen that has everything you need to put together your favourite dishes. The area is completed with a dining table for 6 and a 50 Smart Satellite TV. A cute set of single bunk beds exists pretty close to the kitchen and a few steps further a double-sized bed is waiting for you to have a good night's sleep after a long day of strolling around the city, offering relaxation and tranquillity away from the rush of everyday life. You will love coming back to your cosy pad! Next to the room, there is a communal bathroom with a shower suitable for all the guests.

Separate Apartment
A newly designed apartment is pretty close to the main building. A hidden gem with a small path and stairs that take you to a beautiful nestle for two. Every effort has been made to allow as much natural light as possible. The apartment’s interior has been carefully curated to deliver an elegant look and unsurpassed views of the canyon. If you need to catch up on any work, a little desk awaits you! A bathroom with an en-suite shower offers you a relaxed night bath after a long day, so blissfully quiet! A double-size bed with soft linens, sleek and comfy, will make you feel at home. The highlight of this apartment is the small kitchen with a snug and serene vibe that makes every cooking session a blast! Step your foot on the balcony and soak up the jaw-dropping hillside views.

Outdoor facilities
Cool off with a swim in the private pool until it’s time for brunch! But for a fuss-free family holiday, you can’t go wrong. The lounge area is the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous mountain view. Pretty close to the pool, there is a charcoal BBQ, a dining table and a sitting area for an alfresco drink or meal by the pool. The area is completed with private parking for your cars. Here you’ll find everything you need for a restorative retreat!

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost payable in cash upon arrival. We require 4 days' advance notice.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

For security reasons of the guests, there are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa and in the parking space.

A few meters away from the villa there is a brewery, where you can get the chance to try some traditional Cretan beer. The villa is in an ideal location as you can easily walk around and explore the area. For those who like hiking Epimenidis House is the ideal spot.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
