Nice apartment with a magnificent view

It was fine and we loved the calm surroundings. But in january and february the apartment could be very cold for two reasons: 1. The windows were leaky, so there was a serious draft through the apartment (It was only about 8 degrees outside during the night). 2. The aircon/heater would automatically shut down after two hours, so it could be very uncomfortable in the mornings. We seriously don't understand this, because anyway we had to pay for the electricity.
