Your personal private Full Noble Venetian floor, with very spacious 4 private hotel-like rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and all amenities: WiFi, towels, soaps, hairdryer... etc, and the use of the large hall area with a Coffee Machine! Nicely positioned in between SAN MARCO and RIALTO, giving you access to thee most centralised location possible!

This Palazzo was erected by the famous Nicolò Da Ponte the 87th Doge (King) of Venice, from 1578 to 1585.
Here you will stay in a newly renovated piece of history. In a “Kings Palace” (as in: a palace made for the king/doge).

We are placed perfectly in between San Marco and Rialto Bridge.
Right next to hotel Reali (which has a SPA service) and in between local and tourist places, shops and restaurants all in thee most central position between San Marco and Rialto.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was perfect for our 2 families (7 people). The place was clean, well stocked and in a great location- close to key places as well as a dock for water taxi service. We had a great stay.

Great location

Close to all the major attractions. Clean and very spacious rooms. We stayed with three other couples so the accommodations of four rooms worked well.

Questa casa è perfetta per comitive di amici di da 8-10 persone, per passare qualche giorno a Venezia. Posizione strategica vicinissima a Rialto e San Marco. Appartamento con 4 camere con bagno, molto bello dotato di tutti confort. Simone e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con estrema gentilezza.
