Wonderful stay!

Jane arranged our water taxi transportation and her son Michael took some of us on a tour of the islands one day. Apartment is beautiful and area is nice.

This apartment was perfect for our visit. Location was central. Host arranged water taxi for our pickup. Hosts son Michael acted as private tour guide for Murano and Burano, which was awesome. The apartment was gorgeous and spacious and had everything we needed. Balacony right over canal. Osperdale vaporetta stop within 15 min walk. Coop grocery store within 15 min walk. Multiple restaurants available within 10-15 walk. Great host communication and helpful with local info. Would highly recommend choosing this accommodation.

Beautiful home! We found it to be in a great location. It was in an area with multiple cafe’s and restaurants. It was close to a square with a hospital, a wonderful hospital museum and a spectacular church! Walk along a road and thru an alley and you are at the water to take a Vaparetto which can bring you almost everywhere in Venice. The home was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the duvets were like sleeping under a cloud. Very well equipped kitchen, everything you could possibly want. A coffeemaker but we couldn’t find the filters and found a store with them the last night. No big deal we just enjoyed coffee shops. There is a coffee shop (Rosa Salva) beside a gelateria in the square with probably the best pastries I had in Venice! Host was always available to answer questions. There was a balcony overlooking the canal that a was great. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect location Awesome layout

Place was clean and accurately described. 15 minute walk will get you anywhere you need to be. Location was nice and quiet. A great place to relax at the end of the day.

Amazing Apartment in Venice

This apartment was amazing. We all found the apartment spacious and very comfortable. Easy walk to a grocery store, many restaurants and all the sights we wanted to see! Would recommend staying here. Amazing

Absolutely love this well-decorated and perfectly located property. Michael was super helpful during our stay, offering suggestions and general hospitality. It really is like staying in an art gallery. 8 of us in our party and there plenty of room. Location is really nice, safe and has everything you need for a perfect stay in Venice.

Fantastic Venetian Getaway

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The location was perfect…quiet, on a canal, off the tourist path but nice walks to all the big sites. Jane and her family were a huge help leading up to the trip, at check in and check out, and if we had a question while we were there. The apartment itself is lovely…spacious for our family of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. We hope to return one day! Venice is magical and we would absolutely return to Palazzo Muazzo!

Our palace!!

Eight of us enjoyed everything about Alamo Muazzo. Good beds, private bathrooms, convenient vaporetto stops, and attentive hosts all added to our stay in Venice. Both Jane and husband Luigi greeted us and explsa the workings of the washer, the keys, etc. We visited the nearby Coop for breakfast foods in addition to the snack, fruit, yogurt, and milk Jane provided. We would highly recommend this accommodation for your next group visit to Venice.

Great stay

Apartment is beautiful! Easily accommodated 8 adults in the 4 bedroom 3 bath. Several good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Really nice to have a full starter kit of food, drink, and coffee. Loved feeling like we were living as a local. Please note stairs to get to apartment so mobility is important. Jane was nice and flawlessly set up our water taxi for our exit to the train station. The 5 star rating is well deserved.

A beautiful stay in Venice

Muazzo Palace is a stunning apartment in a lovely spot to explore Venice. We were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for us as a base to explore the city and relax. It's in a lovely neighbourhood that's around 10-15 minutes walk from the main sights, which suited us perfectly. Lovely local restaurants and areas to explore. The apartment itself is directly on the canal front, so it was perfect to get a water taxi from the airport and be met directly at the entrance. Jane is a fantastic host and the apartment is furnished very thoughtfully and beautifully. Highly recommended for a group of friends or family. We would definitely go back next time.

With gondolas passing by below the balcony, beautiful artwork, high quality materials, Murano glass chandeliers, high ceilings, and a great space to congregate and enjoy a glass of wine with your group, it is everything you hope it will be for an iconic visit to Venice. Easy walks to all we wanted to see or do. Water taxi service drops you at the building. You honestly can't ask for more. The hosts were great and helped us arrange an island tour in a luxury boat as well as taxi service to the airport when we departed. Super responsive and helpful folks. We had the best time.

This was amazing place to stay in for our 5th trip to Italy. The property was laid out perfectly for our large group and we had common space as well as perfectly laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host Jane and her son Michael were incredibly helpful throughout our trip-especially patient in view of a few hiccups with planes and train issues. Castello is incredibly quiet-local and added to the overall experience.

Pure amazement!Apartment was beyond all expectations and left us in awe! It screams Venice, Italy and history, the attention to every tiny detail, design and comfort was beyond any we could have wanted! Jane is an amazing host who made our stay wonderful and helped us with taxi bookings as well. I know I will be dreaming of Muazzo palace for years! Cannot recommend it more! It’s fully stocked with all the amenities, dishes, cookware and linens for at least 8 people. Added perk was a water dispenser in the fridge. Location is quiet but close to everything. Train station is 30 mins walk so grab a taxi if you have luggage. Vaporetto stop is 3 mins away so is a grocery store. And a balcony with canal view made it quintessentially Venice. book it! You will not be disappointed!

Exceptional location

Located near enough to tourist areas but far enough away from crowds. The apartment was perfect with lots of space, great air conditioning and wonderful art. The host had left us some first day supplies and helped with transportation. Recommendations for restaurants were great. We would pick this place again and again.
