Excellent location, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Elevator, doorman, 5 mins from the Goya metro and 3 mins from the English Court of Goya. Very comfortable, remodeled. Fully gifted. TV in living room with cable. Very nice decorated, modern, hot water, has a supermarket on the same street and restaurants and cafes in the area. 15 mins from El Retiro Park and Puerta de Alcalá. Includes cleaning service once a week 2 hours on Saturdays preferably.
