Excellent location in Mendoza City, eight hundred meters from kilometer zero. Fast access from the main routes of arrival, avoiding traffic and urban congestion. Residential area, safe. We are 500 meters / 10 minutes walking, from the main avenue San Martin, the Pedestrian street and the city's commercial microcenter. At 250 meters / 5 minutes walking from the bus terminal. And 15 minutes by car to the airport.
All kinds of shops nearby: supermarket, bakery, vegetables, meats, pharmacy, ATM, etc. Public transportation one block away.
Family Apartment 2 bedrooms 65m2, located on the first floor by stairs, consists of a double room and another room with two single beds and a bunk, kitchen equipped kitchenette (dishes) with refrigerator with freezer, Smart tv led '43 with cable and Wifi.
The apartment can be configured with a double bed and four single beds or six single beds.
