Holiday home in Coín, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This nice rural house for 6 people, located two km from the village of Coín, is the perfect location to spend your Andalusian holidays. You will enjoy the hot Spanish sun, relaxing in the outdoor spaces as you’ve never done it before.
The house is divided into two floors. Downstairs, you will find a double bedroom, a modern bathroom, a wooden decorated living room and a completely equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are the two other bedrooms with a double bed. On the first floor, there also is another bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with warm/cold air-conditioning.
The porch is also equipped with a kitchen and a dining table, to enjoy tasty meals outdoors, especially in summer. From here, you can reach the other areas of the garden, which include a large terrace, a private swimming pool area with sunbeds and parasols and a corner with a small table for your tasty break. The garden is very well cared for and here, you can admire the spectacular landscape that characterise the heart on Andalucia.
The access to the house is possible through a paved lane, easily reachable from the Ronda-Coín A-366 highway.
