The 45sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift.
Bright and welcoming and with a balcony that runs along the entire apartment, the interior is divided as follows:

LIVING ROOM: large living room with dining table, sofa bed, 40 '' flat-screen TV
BEDROOM: double bed, single bed, wardrobe and Flat Screen TV.
KITCHEN CORNER equipped in the living room with 6-burner stove, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave.
BATHROOM: with bathtub with curtain for shower use, WC and bidet
OTHER SERVICES: central heating, unlimited Wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and fan.

Guest Access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
