Apartment was advertised as stunning, it wasn't.

The entrance hall and lift were dirty. There were no blinds or curtains on the main bedroom window. There were dirty marks on the rug in the living room and we had to clean the handles on the kitchen units as they felt sticky, and the oven was dirty.
