Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this room for the price. Very clean and modern, with a living area, TV, kitchenette, lovely bathroom, and spacious desk. Surrounding area felt a bit dodgy but it is close to the city centre and Ubers are plentiful. I would stay in a room like this again.

Good value for a short stay

Small omissions let rating down. No washing up liquid, scourer or anything else related. No drying up cloth. A small first aid for cuts, scolds or burns should be an essential.No hand soap or shower gel. Felt secure in quiet block.

I would say that the property is more or less ideal for my needs. Near the city centre, good desk to work on, fridge, decent blinds, comfortable bed. The only downside is that some logistics didn’t work out very well. The shower was broken for the first day I stayed, I booked via Expedia but they messaged me on a different app and the windows were left open when I arrived so the room was pretty cold. Still, all this considered, an excellent choice if you need to do a little work whilst in Leeds.
