This listing is for a private two double bed house along with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a nice garden for use. Every room is furnished and decorated with a modern look. There are many amenities nearby within walking distance.

This property also has a spacious garden. The place it self is a 3 minute walk from St James University Hospital and a 5 minute drive to the centre of Leeds. Useful amenities available within a 5 minute walking distance include Morrisons supermarket as well as many small independent retailers and shops. The place itself is very modern and clean. The bedrooms are very cosy with each having spacious double beds as well as a desk/study area. The kitchen comes equipped with a brand new cooking stove and a whole range of utensils and cutlery.
Interaction with guests:
I am very responsive to guests since I live nearby. I usually respond no later than 5/10 minutes after receiving a message and I am always there for any problems encountered (rarely) and any requirements!

By car, just put the location into your navigation system and from town it should take you no longer than 5 minutes to arrive.
