Located in a newly built development in a quiet residential area located just 4 minutes from Horsforth train station, a 15 minute walk from the Centre of Horsforth, a 15 minute drive to the centre of Leeds and a 5 minute drive to Leeds/Bradford airport. In Leeds you will find everything from designer and mainstream shopping and heavenly international cuisine to live entertainment. The beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park is only a 1 hour drive away.

Horsforth train station sits on the Harrogate Line between Headingley and Weeton. The station is less than a 10-minute journey from Leeds Bradford Airport. Services from the station are managed and operated by Northern.
