Spacious 1 bed apartment in the busy central Leeds suburb of Chapeltown. The quiet apartment has modern decor and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and has free off-street parking. The apartment is 1 mile from Leeds city centre and is ideally located for access to Leeds arena. The space has recently been renovated and features a modern bathroom with a power shower and has new IKEA furniture throughout. two comfy sofas (one bed), 2 x TV and WiFi also included.
Our apartment is completely self contained and is modern throughout.
It features a large living room and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people ( double bed and double sofa bed)
You have exclusive access to the whole apartment. No sharing!
Carparking. We have free parking outside on the road. In addition If you wish to use the off street car park it’s about 50m away from the property. If you go along chapeltown road. It’s right next door to 239 chapeltown road. If you have the app what 3 words that would take you to the exact location- the three words: grew indeed beats.
We offer a keyless checkin using a lockbox. Also we are located nearby at our offices at Octopus Residential, 227 Chapeltown Road, Leeds, LS73DX.
No parties or events. Quiet after 10pm
