This holiday home from 1967 and modernized in 2019 is located on a large natural plot with good terraces at Nr. Lyngby. The cottage is very well furnished with two bedrooms divided into one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room is i.a. furnished with wood stove and TV with Danish and German channels. Nice bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and underfloor heating. Kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, fridge / freezer and extractor hood. Short walking distance to good bathing beach and short driving distance to Fårup Sommerland. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
