Schöne Tage

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Wir konnten sehr ruhige und entspannte Tage genießen. Große Freude hatten unsere Kinder vor allem am Pool und am Tischkicker. Danke an Valérie und Guillaume.

Excellent séjour

D'abord l'endroit proche des plages de Porticcio mais suffisamment dans le maquis pour le calme. Ensuite la maison immense avec une très belle terrasse de grandes chambres une grande cuisine etc...tout très bien équipé. Sans oublier la piscine bien sûr. Très très très bon séjour

Séjour exceptionnel

Une annonce totalement conforme à la réalité. Situation géographique idéale, 5 mn en voiture du centre de Porticcio et de la plage d'Agosta tout en étant dans un environnement calme et préservé. La maison est superbe, belle exposition, facile à vivre sans vis à vis direct avec des équipements haut de gamme De grands espaces à vivre, terrasse spacieuse et très bien aménagée. L'espace piscine est également très agréable : un peu à l'écart de la maison au calme, bien orientée, correctement équipée. Toute la famille a adoré séjourner dans la maison dans laquelle on peut y ressentir de "good vibes" :)

Parfait

Tout a été parfait, de la prise de contact avant la réservation, le séjour jusqu'au départ. Notre hôte Guillaume est très sympathique, la maison est parfaitement agencée, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, bien décorée. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. L’accès aux commerces est à moins de 5 minutes en voiture ainsi qu'à la plus proche plage et 15 minutes de l'aéroport d'Ajaccio donc idéalement situé. La piscine privée sur place et la grande terrasse sont un gros plus avec une belle vue dégagée sans vis-à-vis et au calme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is an apartment not a villa! Noisy, not private and Dirty.

We wanted to celebrate our son turning 21 so my husband, son and i booked what we thought would be a relaxing private luxury villa away from the gaze of others. Sadly this was far from what we got. Firstly it is important to say that this is not a stand alone villa with the privacy and solitude it advertises. It is a top floor apartment over another apartment and working garage. The balcony overlooks the car park where the downstairs tenants live and there is constant movement of cars coming and going. The garage directly below the balcony is a workplace for the owner with fume smells rising up to our apartment and there was constant noise from where he was working on his car. Although we had sole use of the very small pool, it is away from the apartment and a hassle to walk to across the gravel uneven ground. It is also overlooked by the downstairs tenants and from the car park. When we questioned the owner about a previous review regarding these points we were assured there would be total privacy and that this was a stand alone villa. This was untrue and we were misled. There was constant noise and music coming from the downstairs apartment and when we contacted Guillaume asking him politely for his tenant for some privacy and peace, he did nothing and told us to ask them. I guess he values his permanent tenant more than his holiday guests. Most of the cooking pots were old and very oily so we had to buy more and we had to wash all the cutlery and crockery twice before using as it was all so dirty. One of the sheets was stained so we had to wash it before using. It really was quite horrible. When we arrived we were given one hand towel each. We asked for another one and were given a smaller cotton towel that was more like a tea towel. There were no bath towels. The apartment was dirty and tatty and we question how the owners expect holiday makers to live in a place which is so unclean. The photos advertised are not current. Finally, we were aware that the owners came into the house on a few occasions when we were out for the day which was the final straw. We have rented many villas previously on VRBO and have always been very satisfied but certainly will not be returning here.

Super villa je recommande fortement

Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 jours dans cette villa paradisiaque avec un emplacement idéal. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 bébés, tout est fait pour les enfants avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoins d’informations. Je recommande vraiment, coup de cœur pour nous.

Très belle location

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette très belle maison. La grande salle salon ouverte sur l’espace terrasse est très agréable. Et pour nos enfants en bas âge l’espace piscine sécurisé par une barrière est vraiment appréciable.

Très beau séjour dans une villa magnifique et très bien équipée dans un domaine au calme.

Villa conforme à la description. Même mieux lorsqu’on y est. Très bien équipée . La localisation est parfaite. Domaine très calme et reposant. La piscine est agréable et vient bien à point avec cette chaleur. La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée serait de placer des moustiquaires aux fenêtres ou la climatisation dans toute la maison .... Nous recommandons cette location. Les propriétaires étant à l’écoute de nos demandes . A conseiller :-)

Perfekte Villa mit viel Privatsphäre

Meine Frau und ich haben mit unseren drei erwachsenen Töchtern 2 seht schöne Wochen in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr schön an einem Hang in einer privaten Domäne. Man hat zwar keinen Blick aufs nicht weit entfernte Meer, schaut jedoch auf sehr schöne, bewaldete Hügel in der Ferne. Die Ausstattung ist eher wie in einem Privathaus, was wahrscheinlich daran liegt, dass sie Eigentümerfamilie außerhalb der Saison selber in dem Haus wohnt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren bei Fragen immer für uns telefonisch erreichbar. Außer Französisch ist eine Kommunikation auf Englisch möglich. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses in sehr hügeliger Gegend bringt leider den kleinen Nachteil mit sich, dass man ein Auto oder ein motorisiertes Zweirad benötigt, um morgens zum Bäcker zu gelangen. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto dauert jedoch nur 10 Minuten. Sehr schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in 10 - 20 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
