BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, GREAT TERRACE, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING

Nice house with 4 bedrooms (one of them in cozy attic), we provide free wifi but in case of malfunction or breakdown we are not responsible, air conditioning hot / cold, heating radiators, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a large terrace with awning with tables and chairs for 8 people and also has a shower on the terrace with hot / cold water, very well equipped house, in the center of the town, located between La Ría (200 m.) and a magnificent beach of white sands (600 m.), surrounded by all kinds of shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Check in Problemlos zur Wunsch Uhrzeit . Lage zum Strand ist gut 10min Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt in der Straße.

Hemos estado cinco días y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. Una casa limpia, amplia, muy luminosa y con una gran terraza de la que disfrutar. Cecilia y Manuel han estado disponibles para cualquier cosa. Muchas gracias.

Family holiday

The house is in a residential area, ideally located for walking everywhere in Punta Umbria. Easy walk to the beach, the river, and the main street. There is a shop very close to the house. We hired a car at Faro airport and drove to Punta. No problems parking near to the house. If you drive into Huelva, we'd recommend parking at the Aqualon Centre. It's just over the bridge. Parking is free and it's a quick and easy walk into the centre. The house itself is really clean and fresh. Everything is good quality and in good condition. More than enough space inside for our family of 5, and there is plenty room for 8 people. The roof terrace with drying lines got the sun from first thing in the morning, the bedroom one got the last of the evening sun. The main, large, terrace has the sun during the day. Great communication with the owners via WhatsApp to arrange key collection from Maria. Would definitely recommend to others. A good addition would be to have two chairs on the roof terrace (for morning coffee!) and another two on the bedroom terrace (for evening wine!). We used the chairs from the dining table, but brought them inside at night.

Todo correcto y tal como se anuncia. Los dueños del alojamiento siempre están disponibles para cualquier cuestión. Son muy agradables. La ubicación muy céntrica y el porche espectacular. Recomendable

Great property with everything you could need provided.

Central location close to shops for food and restaurants for eating out. Property was immaculate with every amenity required. Everything worked well. The eating terrace and roof top terrace were fantastic. Communicating with the owner through WhatsApp worked very well. Due to our arrival flight being delayed we were an hour later than expected to arrive but this was no problem as the owner simply requested we let him know when we were at the property (via WhatsApp) and "Maria" arrived 10 minutes later to let us in and show us around the property. Though Maria spoke no English we worked it all out together! We loved our short stay in Punta Umbria and the property added to our enjoyment. We had a hire car for the 5 days we were their and parking next to the property (for free) was rarely an issue. Highly recommend this place for a relaxed, simple but enjoyable stay in the centre of everything and yet still quiet and peaceful .
