Well maintained comfortable upscale condo location - beautiful gardens - right on the Waterway - near superb beach and many good restaurants - arguably THE best location in Pompano Beach. Friendly and sociable (renters are invited to condo cook-outs, etc.) ideal for both US and International vacationers - English and French widely spoken. All facilities including WiFi, TVs, etc.

Stunning views over the main waterway and close to lovely sandy beach. Well-appointed with two king-size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Pompano Yacht & Beach Club is highly regarded as a premier location and condo, with a good mix of American, Canadian & French-Canadian and European people - all owners and renters are invited to partake in the very friendly social cook-outs and parties. Renting is limited to minimum of two months, which enables a well-maintain environment and friendly atmosphere - many renters come year after year.

Pompano Beach Yacht & Beach Club is amazing, both from its position and also the people owning there. It's a beautiful place, with super people - many of whom are super-rich and could live anywhere - but choose PYBC because of its tremendous atmosphere. It's a gem in the best location in Pompano Beach - the heart of South Florida.
