Prospect Terrace was built in the early 1800s and is one of Kendal’s charming cottages. It is part of the historic area of Fellside and boasts amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Serpentine Woods and nature trails are just a few hundred yards from the door so you don’t have to travel far for an enjoyable day out. Alternatively, you could drive just 20 minutes to enjoy either the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Opposite the property is a small community garden where you can sit and take in the view over the town and beyond to Kendal Castle.
Kendal is an increasingly popular, historic market town sitting on the banks of the River Kent and is known as the ‘Gateway to The Lakes’. The town also offers an eclectic mix of cafés and antique shops sitting alongside boutiques, traditional pubs and contemporary restaurants.
