Ca Na Rosa - Modern with Private Pool

This modern, new built villa fulfills every holiday maker's wishes!

Located in the beautiful calm area of Mal Pas, less than 500 meters from the sea, this villa is the perfect vacation home for guests who are looking forward to spending a few relaxing days or weeks on Mallorca.

The villa is surrounded by a well maintained garden with a large terrace where our guests can relax on a big sofa or have a barbecue with friends and family. The private pool can either be accessed from the terrace or the master bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower available for more convenience.

The villas spacious and light living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, two easy chairs and a wood burner. There is satellite TV and wifi available.

The lounge area is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with its central island and dining area which offer lots of space for fun dinner nights. The large glass doors allow direct access to the garden and pool.

The property can accommodate up to six guests. There are three light bedrooms with comfortable double beds and wardrobes. All bedrooms grant direct outdoor access through large glass doors.

Furthermore there are two modern bathrooms with walk in showers in the house. The master bathroom can be accessed from outside.

The entire property is air conditioned.
