With capacity for up to 8 people, the chalet has four spacious bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom, providing greater privacy and comfort, while the other bedrooms share two additional bathrooms. Additionally, outside, next to the pool, there is a bathroom with an outdoor shower, ideal for refreshing after a day in the sun.
The chalet features a spacious and bright living-dining room, and a fully equipped independent kitchen, which will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. The spacious terraces are perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and sunbathing. It also has a built-in barbecue, ideal for organizing barbecues with family and friends.
The chalet is surrounded by a beautiful garden with natural grass, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious private pool is one of the main attractions, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time.
The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the long seafront promenade of Puerto de Pollensa, which allows you to enjoy beautiful sea views and pleasant walks along the coast.
The air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, exclusively in the bedrooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
*Note: The hot tub is not available.
