Ca´n Mosson is a 3 bedroom villa located in the rural area of Síller. Peaceful location in a private lane. It has a private swimming pool, two covered terraces and barbecue. Entry to the grounds into the parking area. The pathway takes you up two steps to the main entrance door that brings you to the hallway with pebbled flooring and traditional wooden furniture. The house comprises three heated/airconditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms. The kitchen has all the appliances needed and in the lounge there is a smart TV. There is also WIFI internet connection. From the spacious terraces and garden the sweeping views over the rural landscape and to the mountains are stunning.

A very beautiful property well appointed with everything you could need and more for a fantastic stay. The outside area is very beautiful with sun lounges and shaded areas looking out onto the mountains. The pool is wonderful and the property is located in a very beautiful area which is peaceful and tucked away from the busier beach areas, you can walk to the beach and restaurants in about 20 minutes to half hour if heading to the pine walk. The inside is coolSpacious with everything you need if you like to cook whilst away. The hosts are extremely friendly and very helpful. We can highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime soon.

The setting is lovely - a quiet private spot at the end of a road with a stunning view behind the house.The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We had lovely hot weather and spent nearly all our time at the house outside on the terrace or in the pool. Indoors, the house remained fairly cool - we didn't need to use the aircon in the bedrooms very much at all.Thank you Irene for your friendly welcome and the basket of goodies which we enjoyed. We definitely recommend this as a great holiday house with lots of interesting places to visit within easy reach.

We’ve just returned from C'an Mosson, and we all agreed it's one of the best villas we've ever stayed in.Our family of six spans three generations, from a 2-year-old to a 78-year-old, and everyone loved both the villa and its location. The indoor and outdoor spaces are much larger than the photos suggest, the villa is exceptionally well equipped, and the air conditioning was excellent throughout.Tucked away at the end of a quiet single-track road, the villa feels wonderfully peaceful, with stunning mountain views. Enjoying breakfast and coffee on the terrace each morning was the perfect start to the day.We spent hours in the refreshing pool, which gets sun all day, and made great use of the pool house and large charcoal BBQ.Having stayed in the area several times before, we usually choose more remote locations. This villa offered the best of both worlds: a peaceful setting just 3–5 minutes from the port and beaches. Pollensa and Alcúdia are only 10–15 minutes away, and you can easily walk to the Eroski supermarket or even into the port. There's also a pub and small shop just five minutes away, which was really convenient. While we appreciated having a car, you could easily manage without one thanks to the nearby amenities and excellent bus links.We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking at calendars to see when we can return!

Great villa for a family holiday

Comfortable, well-equipped villa in a quiet, rural location yet within easy reach of the bars and restaurants and beach in Puerto Pollensa. Very helpful hosts - it was great to meet Irene and her husband and daughter. Our two-year old grandson particularly enjoyed the numerous pool and beach toys. Will definitely return to Puerto Pollensa at some point in the future and hopefully stay at this villa again.

We had a fabulous family holiday here. The pool and grounds are excellent with great views over the surrounding hills. The villa is very well equipped and the location is great. You do need a car to get around but it is possible to walk into town in around 20 minutes. Irene was a super host; friendly, helpful and welcoming. Many thanks

We all really enjoyed our stay in the villa it was the perfect size for our family of 5 we loved the pool and the outdoor seating areas, comfortable Sunbeds and pool towels provided Kitchen had everything we needed and we found all the bedrooms comfortable, clean and all had plenty of storage and air con which is a must in the summer months We hired a car but I am sure we could have walked into pollensa in about 20 minutes to all the restaurants and bars but as we had the younger children with us the car was a better option Overall we can’t fault our stay and we would definitely book to stay here again

Beautiful Villa in a lovely location

A lovely, well setup Villa in a peaceful location. 20 minute walk to the Port with all its bars, restaurants and beaches. 10 minute drive to the beautiful old town of Pollensa, and 20 minute drive to Alcudia. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing two week stay. The outside areas were well used, as was the gorgeous swimming pool. We hope to come back soon! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Fabulous family holiday

Lovely villa with great pool. Very well equipped. Peaceful rural location but you can easily walk to shops and restaurant. A fifteen minute walk to centre of Puerto Pollensa. You do need a car though to enjoy this beautiful part of Mallorca. Irene our host was extremely helpful and on hand nearby if we needed her. Thorouly enjoyed our time here….. despite it being so hot😊
