In the heart of my city

My apartment is a nice and bright penthouse on the 4th floor, is located in the central district of La Marina from which you can walk to all the main places of interest in the city.
Below the house you will find bars, restaurants, theaters.
Inside the house a kind person, used to travel who loves to meet new people. You can share with me or if you wish you can take the whole apartment without sharing the common spaces.


If you sleep in the "La Pola" neighborhood (old name of La Marina) you will have everything at your fingertips, you can walk around the historic districts and in just 10 minutes by bus you will arrive at Poetto beach. The airport can be reached via the bus and train stations located in Piazza Matteotti, an eight-minute walk from the apartment.

You will find at home for you: beach umbrella, fridge bag, beach towels and a map of the city in more 'all my availability in recommending good places to eat typical or characteristic places that you can not visit!
You will have at your disposal towels and spare sheets.
The room and common areas will be cleaned at the end of your stay.
