A few steps from the location you can reach the imposing Palazzo della Pilotta, the Farnese Museum and the Palatina library.
Once through the Pilotta, you are in the city center, and you can walk towards the Duomo, the Baptistery, the Teatro Regio.
From the location you can cross the Rorrente Parma bridge to visit the Ducal Park and the Maria Luigia palace.
The space includes a welcoming and bright living area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a service bathroom and a balcony.
In the living area there is a fridge, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a cappuccino maker and a kettle.
In the living room you will also find a welcome kit.
