About this property

Unique Duplex penthouse w / Jacuzzi & Large Terrace. Great Location

Penthouse spread over the last 2 floors in a small intimate building. Within walking distance of entertainment, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.
The master bedroom has a large walk inn closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a 55 inch smart tv. Bed is King size.
The main bathroom has a jacuzzi with see through glass ceiling.
The large terrace has several beautiful plants, a dining table for 6 and a BBQ.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are stocked with powerful fans and face a creek which provides a fresh microclimate. You can hear the stream of water running. Very relaxing Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, and a flat screen tv, while bedroom 3 has 2 singles bed.
Living room, dining room and library also have ceiling fans. In my experience, since it is the apartment in which I live, you will seldom need them.
Bilingual Cable TV with premium channels are provided for. Likewise, the penthouse has 2 powerful routers providing fast speed internet and no dead corners.
A covered garage is available in the building.

Always a great stay

Great owner and space for the more mature visitors to Colombia. The unit has all of the essentials, easy access to the more touristy locations, and blackout curtains in the master bath.

Great accommodations and host

Our overall experience was fantastic. The accommodations where as advertised and beyond. Rolf, was a very responsive host and made sure to provide us with solid recommendations and places to see while visiting. He was always available and even made sure to make reservations for us at a restaurant (San Carbón) near the apartment, for a special birthday celebration. We will be sure to visit again!!
