Entire 70m2 apartment 10 minutes from the center and the fair. Located on the 3rd floor with lift, 2 balconies, one of which overlooks the park. Two spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom is equipped with a television, the other has two beds, one of which is one and a half and a balcony. In the living room there is a sofa bed and television. Free parking on site or on private request at 100 m. A few meters bus to Verona and P. N. Station, cycle path, and various restaurant services, bars and shops.
