Bedrooms: 1 double bed. The other 2 bunk beds 1 pers. Bathroom shower, WC, terrace, balcony. In common parking box in the basement. bicycle storage room. Adapted to people with reduced mobility A few steps from Lake Bourget, the nautical center and the new leisure center, close to all shops. For spa guests 50 m from the bus stop. Winter is also a ski holiday 30 minutes from the GRAND REVARD station, MAGERIAZ and FECLAZ.
