This spacious, two-storey holiday villa is provided with all the comforts to let you enjoy a lovely stay with your beloved ones. The ground floor features a cosy living area, equipped with a sofa and a useful dining area, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. An independent toilet completes the facilities of this floor. On the first floor, which is accessible via a staircase located in front of the entrance door, you will find the four bedrooms of the villa, where up to 8 people can make the most of their well-deserved holidays. Two bedrooms feature one double bed each, while the other two are furnished with two single beds each. An extra single bed is available on request. On this floor, you will also be provided with a full bathroom with bathtub. All the rooms are accessible from the first floor’s coquettish hall.

The whole house is provided with warm/cool air-con, thanks to the two machines located on both floors.

The lovely outdoor patio features all the comforts you will need to enjoy the good weather conditions that characterise Andalucia. The covered porch is provided with a dining area for “al fresco” dinners and lunches; next to it, a lovely pergola ensures you’ll delight yourself with the splendid panoramic views over the mountains. The rest of the patio is equipped with four sun loungers and a BBQ near the fabulous private pool.

The access to the villa is possible via a 550 mt-long paved lane.
