Recently decorated 3 double bed apartment 10 minutes walk from central Portsmouth shopping area. Well equipped, modern furniture etc. Washing machine, wide screen TV, kitchen and dining room, balcony. This is a budget priced accommodation in an area of mixed social and private housing. Most of the neighbours are elderly so no parties or late night noise. No smoking in the house but there is a balcony where smoking s allowed. Beaches and holiday area are 10 minutes drive, main shopping area, Commercial Street is 10 minutes walk.
