The Admirals House was not only a unique place to stay with a great view. It was away from the heavy tourist area making it very quiet and peaceful. Christina was an excellent host. Good communication and she even provided some initial food and drinks to make the stay even better. Would certainly recommend.

Great location for couples traveling together. The area was quiet and views were beautiful of the culdara. The cats were so friendly and became our local pets for the week. Easy access to all the great tourist spots. Recommend watching sunsets toward the lighthouse (even if you don’t park at lighthouse). Loved the Misteli Restaurant close to house.

The Admiral’s House was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Its location is peaceful and quiet and yet easily drivable to busier spots. We were able to walk to shops and cafes, and the hosts were exceptional! Comfortable beds and great AC! Nothing beats the view from the top of this beautiful spot.

Our stay at the Admiral’s House was perfect! It is not in the busy part of Santorini so it was nice to have a retreat after a day of hustling to see all the sights. We enjoyed the jacuzzi at night time overlooking the water and sparkling city lights. We enjoyed the company of some of the sweetlocal cats on the outdoor patio. The house was well equipped and comfortable for our group of 7.

Our hosts Christina and David were excellent communicators from start to finish. David met us at the house to give a perfect overview of everything. The location is peaceful and quiet. David provided some groceries and beverages including water which was very much needed after our travels. The house was clean and we wanted for nothing. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very modern patio with jacuzzi. An absolutely relaxing stay. Directions were spot on. Thank you for making our first visit to Greece a memorable one.

Host was incredible. The place was better than the photos. The view is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Santorini. It’s a nice quiet area with some great restaurants and only around 15 minute drive to Fira. 11/10

Absolutely Amazing Stay — 5/5!!!Our stay at this beautiful Akrotiri property was exceptional! The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, with breathtaking views, a wonderful jacuzzi, comfortable heating in every room, and plenty of towels. Christina even provided bottled water, cereal, juice, and milk.What truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality of Christina and David. Christina personally welcomed us and helped with our luggage. They arranged airport transfers, including our early 5:30 AM departure, and a reasonably priced rental car. They were also very accommodating when we returned the car late.One evening, Google Maps led us astray, and David patiently guided us back over WhatsApp. That level of kindness is unforgettable! As animal lovers, we also appreciated Christina allowing us to feed the outdoor cats.One practical tip: The final driveway is steep and can be slippery in rainy weather, especially with a small car. We struggled to drive back up after rain, so I recommend parking on the road above when it’s wet.We have absolutely no complaints. Christina and David are genuinely wonderful hosts who go above and beyond. Beautiful property, spectacular views, exceptional hospitality!Five stars without hesitation. We’d happily return!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time during our stay at the Admiral’s House! The host was so personable and offered excellent suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The home was clean and tidy! It felt like home away from home. The hot tub overlooking the caldera was definitely our favorite spot to relax and take in the scenic views. We would absolutely stay again!

Amazing house with a top notch view and wonderful accommodations. This house is on the quieter side of the island which was great for my family. Christina and Dave were amazing hosts, super helpful, friendly, attentive/responsive and even provided some snacks for when we arrive. We would stay here again for sure!!!

Akrotiri Villa

Our family enjoyed staying at the Akrotiri Villa. It was away from all the busy crowds and we loved using the hot tub looking across at Oia and Fira lights at night. You will l need a car to visit Fira and Oia but well worth it.

Amazing Akrotiri

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were comfortable and made us feel like it was home. Dave, our host gave us great suggestions on things to do and good places to eat. We are sorry to leave.
