Spacious apartment of 35m2, south facing, on the second floor of the residence The 3300 located in the center of the resort of 2 alps. The 4-storey building has a prime location on the snow front, with access to the slopes coming out of the ski locker room.
The apartment has a mountain corner and a living area opening onto the balcony. A door isolates the main room from the mountain corner. The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people.
Sleeping area:
2 bunk beds 80x190 with mattresses, pillows, bedspreads. The upper part of the bed is not recommended for children under 6 years.
Corridor:
1 electric heater.
Dressing room:
It is composed of many shelves dedicated to your storage and a rod with hangers. In this storage space you will find pillows, duvets and blankets, raclette set, bagless vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes rack with clothespins, 2 extra folding chairs, table and 4 teak balcony chairs.
Bathroom :
bath with shower screen, suspended washbasin with 2 storage drawers + hair dryer, anti-fog mirror, towel radiator.
Bathroom :
The toilets are independent of the bathroom.
Kitchen:
Fitted kitchen, sink, 2 ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge, combined oven / microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker, cupboards, table equipment and the cooking.
Stay :
1 sofa bed for 2 people (1 single mattress), 1 convertible chair for 1 person, a table, 2 chairs and 2 benches, a flat screen TV, a low sideboard with storage (contains a DVD / Blu-ray player), 2 coffee tables with wheels and 1 electric radiator.

Tres bon logement au pied des pistes avec toutes les commodités (local à ski etc.. ) sauf pour le parking auquel il manque. Ce fut tres agréable de profiter de ce logement. L'hÎte est trÚs reactif contrairement à la conciergerie malheureusement (ceci dit ce n'est qu'un détail car nous n'avons pas eu forcément besoin de la conciergerie)

Appt cosy et fonctionnel au pied des pistes !

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille (5 pers) dans l'appartement d'Olivier. L'immeuble est trĂšs bien situĂ©, au pied des pistes (TĂ©lĂ©siĂšge du Diable juste en bas), Ă  100m des rassemblements ESF et Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces et bars/restaurants. L'appartement est trĂšs bien agencĂ© pour sa superficie, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et il a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t. Olivier a toujours Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif dans les Ă©changes. Ce qui n'a malheureusement pas toujours Ă©tĂ© le cas de la conciergerie qui gĂšre son logement et son accĂšs. Cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer une agrĂ©able semaine dans cet appartement.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans l'appartement d'Olivier qui s'est montrĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif dans les Ă©changes. L'appartement est bien situĂ©, pied de piste et loueur de ski. Il est Ă©galement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© ! Petit bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© qui sans ĂȘtre rĂ©dhibitoire pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e (poussiĂšre, dĂ©chets dans les tiroirs,...). Nous avons Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© un peu gĂȘnĂ©s par le bruit extĂ©rieur mais pour le coup, rien Ă  faire contre des fĂ©tards qui font une soirĂ©e sur le parking ! Je recommande donc cet appartement !

location conforme au descriptif, trÚs cosy. Séjour à 3 avec 2 enfants. Localisation trÚs bien, départ ski au pied (télésiÚge du diable à 100m), boulangerie, restos, bars à proximité. Rassemblement ESF à moins de 5 minutes à pied. TrÚs bien équipé, literie ok. Je recommande.
