Terrace: Enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean from your sunbed, or from the comfortable chairs with matching table. You have Lumon comprehensive enclosure (glass curtains), and BLUE LED position light, to acclimate your best moments.

Dining Hall: Chaired by a magnificent couch(gray and white), you can savor your screen 47-inch LCD TV, and hundreds of international channels via IPTV. For example: BBC1, BBC2, ITV...

You also have design dining table and 4 matching chairs.

Bedroom 1: Wake up watching the Mediterranean from a double bed (1.60 m width x1, 90 m long). You have an extra large closet, where you do not miss place to store your belongings, and all with a functional design style.

Bedroom 2: modern style bedroom can configure according to your needs. Settings can have 1 or 2 comfortable beds of 0.90 m wide x 1.90 m long. Also you have a large wardrobe, a desk and a PUFF.

Bath Spa: Equipped with hot tub and waterfall effect tap, so you can take a relaxing bath spectacular. You also have integrated cabinet with sink and toilet and bidet design (GAP model of Roca).

Bathroom Shower: Equipped with a rain shower, you can enjoy a refreshing experience after coming from the beach. You also have integrated cabinet with sink and toilet design (GAP model of Roca)

Kitchen: Furniture Designed exclusively for La Vega (Mijas-Costa. Spain), have especially cared their equipment and functionality, so you can prepare your favorite dishes. You have hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all utensils you could need. You also have a high side table and 2 stools as.

By the way, if low to the beach, we have 2 sunbeds and umbrella so you do not miss anything.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
When booking 25% of the total amount of the stay will be paid (to secure the reservation). The rest is paid four weeks before arrival. €250 could be blocked in the account as a deposit, which will be released once it is verified that everything is in perfect condition.

Payment is only accepted through the website. Check in will take place at 2:00 p.m. Check out will be at 11:00 am. It is not possible to check in at night.

We loved this apartment and Raquel the host was always prompt when I contacted her. We especially loved the large terrace with the sliding glass panels as we had rain being January! Lovely being able to sit there in all weathers! Beautiful large apartment and absolutely spotlessly clean. We have been twice already and already booked to go back for a third time.

Outstanding unit great location

Excellent communication and met us at check in. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked including spices. Just across from a nice section of beach. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend

We can't say enough great things about our stay. It was wonderful. Clean and comfortable and spacious for a month with the best views in Fuengirola. Simply wonderful!

This is a wonderful apartment - fully equipped kitchen and utility area and all furnishings new and very comfortable. The location is ideal - beachfront giving amazing views of the sunrise and close to old town restaurants. No hesitation in recommending this truly exceptional apartment. Owners too are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Spanish Holiday

This property is fantastic!!! Large and roomy, with great views of the beach!!! Condo came fully equipped and was as advertised. Condo is in a great location with car rental and taxi very close by. We took a few bus tours and got picked up around the corner. Lots of great places to eat nearby and a large grocery store within a short walk. This is a great place to stay!!!

Very nice apartment with great location. Owner was very quick to respond to all inquires. We had an electrical beaker go one day and someone was over very quickly to resolve the issue. I highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing break by the sea in Fuengirola

After a busy time celebrating my 50th birthday in Malaga it was so pleasant to have a couple of chill out days in Raquel’s delightful apartment on the seafront in Fuengirola . My greatest pleasure in this charming accommodation wassitying on the balcony early in the morning sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the sea . Thank you Raquel .

Great Apartment!

We spent 17 nights in this unit in November and found it just as advertised. The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and had great views of the Mediterranean and sunrises from both the main bedroom and living room. The balcony was large and the glass screens made for comfortable use in windy or cool conditions. The owner, Raquel, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The desk porter, Antonio, was friendly, helpful, and offered info and suggestions for getting around and sightseeing. We will definitely choose this unit again on our return to Costa Del Sol.

Winter Break

This was our third winter break in this apartment. It provides everything and more that we would look for. It is spacious, clean and situated in a quieter area right on the seafront, but still only around a ten minute walk from the centre. Any problems are dealt with quickly by the owner, Raquel and her property manager. The concierge, Antonio, is also very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect in every way.

All correct as everyone has stated, I would also give it more than 5 stars if I could. Yolanda & her partner were excellent in dealing with our little hiccups right away & nothing was too much bother for them. Also Antonio the Concierge was fantastic, very friendly & helpful. The apartment is pretty well booked up all year so we can’t get our dates for next winter, but will definitely be back.

Amazing place with amazing views!

We had a lovely weeklong stay on the beautiful shores of the costa del sol! This apartment was spacious, had a kitchen with all the ammenities; which allowed for leisurely breakfast and coffee with a stunning sunrise. The terrace is large and fully appointed with a table, chairs, and even a lounge chair. The hosts graciously provided beach chairs and an umbrella for beach days. The location is impeccable...its a bit far from.the plaza but close to many delicious restaurants, shopping, and the castle! There is a little souvenir shop and market downstairs for any neccesities and they also do a currency exchange. The apartment has 2 really nice bedrooms and 2 amazing bathrooms with a great shower and a large soaking/ jetted tub...it was an oasis of peace after a day in the sun and being out and about!

A Superb Apartment!

After spending a winter break here, we can only endorse everything that has been said in previous comments. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and above all, clean. It lacks for nothing. The views of the prom and sea are outstanding, and the glass curtains enable you to sit on the balcony in all weathers. It also has a large t.v. with British channels (it even has catch-up) and heating in every room for the winter months. The situation is ideal, with numerous restaurants, bars and a large supermarket only a few minute's walk. The old town is only around a ten minute stroll. The owner, Raquel, and her sister, Natalia, were very kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to returning in December for another winter break.

I have stayed at this property before and gave it 5 stars, it is still an excellent property in a wonderful location however there were some problems this time, not all within the owners control. For the whole of our two week stay there was work being done within the building, first week two floors above the floor on the balcony being taken up and the second week the floor above the whole apartment was being renovated, walls and windows removed, constant banging all day long, this is something that would not be tolerated if you were staying in a hotel, there were workmen everywhere, we discovered that none of the patio doors would lock ,these did get mended.The TV is very difficult to use we had to get help to find the English channels and the provider was unreliable sometimes going off in the middle of a programme.We arrived back to the apartment block on the Saturday evening and the fob used to get in failed to work and so did the key, I had not got my phone with me so I could not email the owner via Vrbo which is the only way to reach her and we had not been provided with an emergency telephone number, we were trying to get in and luckily a resident came out of the building and let us in, subsequently the following morning we were once again locked out but a gentleman who lived there came and contacted his wife who came down and let us in, that evening on our return there were 7 people trying to get in, my husband managed to get the door open , there is more to tell.

Waanzinnige locatie

Het contact met de eigenaar was prima. Snel en duidelijk. Het app. was van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs de basis was er (koffie, toilet papier, water, etc) was. Het uitzicht is iedere dag weer een feestje. Het app. ligt net buiten de drukte maar op loopafstand prima te doen. Raquel dank voor de goede zorgen. R

Fantastisch

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie appartement. De ligging is fantastisch. Het uitzicht werkelijk prachtig. Het appartement was heel schoon bij onze aankomst. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Raquel reageert bijzonder snel als er eens iets is en zorgt snel voor een oplossing. We zijn buitengewoon tevreden over alles. We komen terug!!!
