Welcome to the perfect marriage of The "Designer Beach House" and "A-Frame Cabin" with a north woods feel right in charming New Buffalo, Michigan. 3 levels of living and just steps away from beautiful Lake Michigan (~500ft. away) and a short stroll to downtown New Buffalo for shopping, dining, and ice cream! (~5 blocks).

This beautiful large cabin sleeps 12 comfortably in the 4 over-sized bedrooms, plus a big open loft overlooking the living room area. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect and inviting for family and friend gatherings which opens right onto the large deck perfect for relaxing, grilling, and outdoor dining on the large 12 person table!

Enjoy Sunset Shores private association beach or take a short bike ride to New Buffalo's public beach.

The back of the cabin features a nice woodsy fire pit area for you to enjoy or cook dinner over an open fire using the tripod grate.

Great property

Very clean and nice property. I would love to come back in the summer as I’m sure it’s even better then with close proximity to the lake.

Terribly Disappointed

We were unfairly charged an extra $100 for cleaning. The cleaning service allegedly claimed we stained furniture and left a mess -- completely untrue and no evidence was produced to support the claim. We were six adults who were very respectful of the property. The kitchen was ill equipped for cooking, there were no paper towels in the home and the beds were so cheap and uncomfortable that some of us slept on couches. The outdoor fire pit was a complete mess and, so, unusable. No matter: there was no firewood. For the price, one would expect some firewood, a kitchen with a few pots and pans and beds that one could actually sleep on. The added charge for cleaning was an insult. Don't rent this place!

Enjoyable stay at the cabin

The cabin was clean and all appliances were in working order. The place was close to the lake. My family and friends enjoyed the cabin very much.

Been a long time coming but we finally purchased our dream vacation home in our favorite town of New Buffalo. I wanted the rustic cabin in the woods and Ella, my interior designer wife, wanted the modern beach house cottage hence "designer beach house A-Frame cabin". Over the last 3 years we've poured our heart and soul upgrading and remodeling this cabin and we are finally ready to share it with other Pure Michigan lovers!

We love that it takes us an hour to get here from Chicago but feels like a world away. We're regulars at all the nearby wineries as well as the beach!
