This condo is in the K building of the Villas on the Gulf Complex (requires stairs). Villas on the Gulf is one of Pensacola Beach's most affordable and easiest beachside communities. I would stay there again.

Very clean. Condo well stocked. Beautiful beach location and close to National Seashore and Ft. Pickens which are breathtaking beaches. Only complaint was the glass sliding door did not lock, and entrance door lock was broken. But we called management and they responded immediately and took care of the problem. No other complaints.

Awesome Rental

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our quick trip. It was so very easy to just walk downstairs and over the walkway to beautiful clear water! I will definitely be renting again. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a quiet getaway.

We booked this on a whim with our 2 kids for a fun weekend and it was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean, quick and easy beach access, not a crowded spot on the beach. Heather was fabulous to work with - quick to respond and help in any way. Will definitely come back!

Heather is a wonderful host! The condo is just as the pictures convey: very homey and the perfect distance from the beach! The only thing I can think of that would make the stay “easier” is if there had been a map of the local businesses along with menu selections. There were suggestions left which were helpful. I will definitely recommend this villa to my family and friends! Thank you, again, Heather! Can’t wait until the next time!
