A small secret hideaway furnished in the heart of the historic center of Milan, located between the Milan Conservatory, San Babila and Monforte. Strategic position for lovers of the fashion district.
It is located inside a beautiful Milanese building from the early twentieth century.
The quiet and discreet internal courtyard leads to the property which is located on the ground floor, overlooking the garden. Super quite!

It is perfect for those who have to travel for work, for shopping lovers, thanks to its proximity to the fashion district, and for those people who like to live in a chic contemporary environment equipped with every comfort.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but has the option for a third guest, with accommodation on the sofa bed which becomes a very comfortable real single bed. (190x80

It is composed as follows:
-Small living room with sofa bed (which is the third bed if needed)
-Small open kitchen equipped with all comforts (microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer)
-Kings size double bed on the mezzanine (bed sizes 180x 200) luxury mattress with double pillows for each guest. The mezzanine is absolutely livable at normal height. Walk-in closet on the mezzanine, equipped with hangers and storage compartments.
-Bathroom with shower
-Small laundry area with washing machine and suitcase closet.
-Outdoor patio with table and chairs
The following are provided: Cotton and / or Linen sheets, Somma towels, AESOP bathroom amenities, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
- Fast WIFI connection
The apartment has been completely renovated to new, the atmosphere is warm and chic thanks to the careful design with which it has been finished.

-For rental periods longer than a week if guests wish to change sheets and towels, an additional charge of Euro 30.00 will be required for each change. . (sum to be paid cash to the property manager)

- For rentals longer than a week the final cleaning amount will be increased from Euro 70.00 (amount shown and already included in the AD fee) to Euro 120.00. (sum difference to pay cash to the property manager)

HomeAway does not retain the tourist tax in the rent account, therefore the taxes will be paid directly upon arrival to the property manager before checking in and will be calculated according to the table of the municipality of Milan. (about 2 Euro per guest per day)

Check in is allowed starting from 14 (2pm) check out no later than 11
But please let us know your arrival plans and where possible we will try to facilitate you even by letting you leave your suitcases in the house while waiting for the apartment to be cleaned,
In the meantime, you can wait in some cafes near your home in the center area where you can enjoy wonderful brunches or breakfasts.

You can reach in 10 minutes on foot Duomo, San Babila, Teatro alla Scala, Via Montenapoleone, in short, all the fashion district is at your fingertips.
The Brera area is a 20 min walk away.
Supermarkets, Coffee bars, Pharmacies, Cinemas, Italian and Asian restaurants with excellent reviews are within walking distance from home.
La Rinascente, Coin, Brian & Berry, the famous Milanese department stores, can be reached on foot in 5/10 min from home.
Starbucks reserve Roastery, Antica Pasticceria Bastianello, Luini (the famous creator of the best homemade panzerotti) are all within walking distance

The apartment is completely new and the atmosphere is soft and warm thanks to the accurate design with which the interior of the apartment has been designed.

-For long periods over 1 week's stay, if the guest requires a change of towels and sheets of the apartment will be charged an amount of Euro 30 each change.
- For rentals longer than 1 week will be charged a cleaning fee of Euro 50.00 in addition to those shown in the ad.

HomeAway does not get any Milan council tax on the total amount of the stay, so the council tax needs to be paid directly to the property manager due to the guests arrival day. The amount is approx Euro 2.00 per person per day. (will be follow the council site rules to be sure about the exactly amount)

Check in is allowed starting from 2pm.Check out by 10am
but please let me Know your arrivals time and where is possible I can change the check in / check out time due to your needs.
In the case of early morning arrival, guests can drop their luggage in the apartment while the room is being cleaned.
Can either wait by choosing to visit some cafes / shops in the amazing area of fashion district of the apartment

The Brera district is a 20-minute walk
