Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group occupied 5 different units and we enjoy our time there every year. The buildings and systems showing age... black mold in vents and on doors, waterstains on ceilings. Old furniture and window treatments All expected perhaps for a building of its vintage but the price used to compensate for it. As it goes up precipitously, we are looking to upgrade to see if new price is supported by the market.The office folks were nice, security goodAnd location is great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Shopping near by and I liked that we could walk to beach bar. The condo itself had Beautiful ocean view. Not the cleanest. The couch was filthy with sand and crumbs. And the floor was sandy also on arrival. The building grounds were very nice and well kept.
