Spend your days on an exclusive beach known as Arcadian Shores quietly tucked away between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, swimming in the oceanfront pool or playing on the tennis court. This 2 bed 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6.

The first place you will want to explore is the oceanfront balcony. The views, smells and breezes will open your senses to Island Life. Sit out on the nicely furnished oceanfront balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. You don't have to leave the view behind when you come inside as this open floor plan boasts stunning views throughout as you settle into the comfortably designed family room with furnishings surrounding the large flat screen TV. Just beyond this space are the dining table perfect for meals when not dining out at the wonderful dining places or a game of cards. Just behind the breakfast bar, you will find the nicely equipped kitchen where you'll love the convenience of the microwave, coffee maker & Keurig, blender and dishwasher. When it's time to settle down for the night, you'll find the master suite especially blissful, with an updated ensuite and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom contains 2 full size beds, & smart TV. Main Bath updated with a tub/shower combo.

This location offers you accommodations near everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Its private community features onsite security with nearby shopping at the Tanger Factory Outlet Complex, Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Bass Pro Shops, or boutiques along the way. This was one of the best rental properties that I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely breathtaking. I had an ocean front stay with my fiancé. Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the Penthouse on the 16th floor. It belongs to Ms Mary. The decor was so impressive so up to date. The kitchen had everything that you would need. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The balcony ocean front view was immaculate. I will definitely be staying there again in the coming future. Again thanks Ms Mary for everything

The condo is even better than the pictures. Wonderful beach with a safe quiet neighborhood. Great location as tons of places to eat within 10 minutes. Make sure to walk down to Apache pier and get the grouper bites.

we have loved our stay in the Oceanfront Penthouse Condo. It was clean, quiet in a calm environment. Mary was easy to contact with response time very good. The furniture and appliances were very good. The kitchen was well-equipped.In summary, we recommand Mary's condo.

Vacation at Myrtle

We stay at Arcadian I/II every year and this unit was very well furnished and very clean. The owner clearly takes great pride in maintaining this condo. Highly recommend.

Property is exactly as described and we loved it. Mary was very fast to respond to emails. The condo was very well stocked. Everyone we crossed paths with were extremely friendly. Security was great and very helpful if we had any questions. . Arcadian Shores is our favorite area on the Grand Strand.

Just what we needed!

My 3 children and I stayed at this location for a week. This condo was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice utensils/pots/pans, etc. so we could make dinner every night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and updated and the beds were comfortable. You need a code to get into the building and there is also security guards on the premise during the night so we felt very safe. The building overall was very relaxed and quiet. I almost got the sense that there were more people living in the building versus vacationers. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The owner was very responsive when I had any questions. The location was absolutely perfect. It is no more than a 5 minute drive to the local Walmart, gas station and other small shops. It is nestled perfectly between the Myrtle Beach downtown area and North Myrtle Beach. This was my first vacation to Myrtle Beach and I was not disappointed one bit and I think most of that is because of this unit and location. We usually vacation twice a year in Florida. Because of this condo and location, Myrtle Beach will become a regular destination for us. I just hope I can get this unit every time because I don't know if other condos/locations will compare. If you are into the nightlife/hustle and bustle and like a lot of action, I would not suggest this location. It is perfect for families or those who prefer calm and quiet. I have mentioned several times that this unit and location were amazing and I will one more time....it was just what my kids and I needed. It fit like a glove. If I had to choose a negative or down-fall, it would be the shower curtains. They were placed a little too far into the showers/bathtubs. This creates a very narrow space to shower. If you don't mind touching the shower wall and curtain, then you will be fine. I am a little picky when it comes to that, I don't like anything to touch me while showering. I think that could easily be fixed by replacing the curtain rod with the arched ones that give a little more room. Even though I found it very difficult, it will not prevent me from choosing this condo again. That is literally the only thing I can think of that would be a negative for this unit.

Positives and Negatives

I want to start by saying that we have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. For all of that time we have stayed at either Arcadian or Sea Watch so I feel like I have a strong baseline for comparison. The unit was nice and clean and I appreciated that we were able to get in early bc housekeeping finished early. Mary was quick to respond the day we arrived. The unit itself, although neat needs some attention. The kitchen was great but the living areas need work. The couch looks dirty and we bought sheets the first night to cover it. There’s just no place to lounge. There was no dresser or tv in the second room which was super inconvenient. The real problem set in when it came to the keypad on the door. It was fussy all week and one night we were locked out of the room until almost 1 in the morning! We made multiple phone calls to Mary and left messages; there was no back up Person to call so we went to the security office and they tried to reach someone with no success. They couldn’t find a key for us… it was a disaster! Fortunately my husband installs doors and locks for a living and was able to eventually get us in. I must say that the security guard was very accommodating and concerned about us. Y 9 the next morning we did hear from Mary and she was apologetic and said it was probably the battery and that she’d had problems with it before. Later as we were checking out and housekeeping arrived….( 20 minutes early, let themselves in and then waited outside the door for us to leave) they were well aware of the problem. She walked right into the owners closet got tools and changed the battery . The questions I’m left with are…. Why was there no back up plan in place or at the very least a key given the first day? ( we did get one from the office the day after we got locked out) When you rent out a unit you need to have someone available in case of an emergency. The fact that there wasn’t when there were known issues was unacceptable. At the least, if it were my renters sitting on the floor in the hallway unable to get in their room at midnight I would have offered them some kind of compensation for their trouble,

We really enjoyed our stay. The ocean views and proximity to beach were the top selling points for us. The unit was exactly as described and we would stay again for sure. Only negative was no washer and dryer in unit, but there is laundry machines right across the hall.

Beautiful beach stay

Great location in northern Myrtle beach area! Beautiful view, nice condo with comfortable beds and ample space. Close to restaurants and entertainment, but not as busy as surrounding areas. Communication and process were seamless. We really enjoyed our home away from home.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our girls in Mary’s condo! It was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. My oldest has terrible allergies and usually has attacks when we travel (from carpet, dust, furniture, etc.); but she has zero issues this week! The unit is well stocked (could use more coffee mugs but we managed fine). The views from the master and the deck are incredible. The beach area was not insanely crowded like other areas in Myrtle. The parking was great, pool was clean, and access to the beach so easy! We had family/friends in five units total and ours was one of the nicer ones. We would stay again!
