Because it is located on the secluded location but still in vicinity of all important stuff you will want to see and visit here on the island. Quiet and peaceful location, on the top of the island (hill Kamenjak) with remarkable panoramic view on the whole island and surrounding sea that will leave you breathless.
What makes this property unique
You can relax with surrounding nature by swimming in pool and catching sunrays next to the pool. Or if you are sport type you can do hiking, biking and many other stuff since our house is located on the official hiking trail.
