The house features a spacious and welcoming living roomwith comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light and provide direct access to the covered terrace — an ideal spot for enjoying meals while taking in the beautiful sea views.

The kitchenis fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine) and includes a convenient laundry area.
