This Terra Lago Home sleeps 8, 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom with mountain views. This Terra Lago can be rented for Large Families or if you are simply looking to get nestled away in our beautiful gated community.

Come Golf or dine during your stay at Terra Lago Golf Club located next to the residential area and later enjoy entertainment at Fantasy Springs Resort & Spa, Coachella Festival, Stage Coach, and Acrisure Arena. Terra Lago is the ideal location to be for the many festivals hosted in the Coachella Valley area and best of all located close proximity and directly off the main I-10 freeway.

Enjoy nearby activities or chose to stay in the house with a pool table, private BBQ, and pool/spa. Community allows for catch and release in community lakes.

Overall good experience

The property was nice. We enjoyed the pool table, kitchen, grill and hot tub (addl. $35 per day) The property manager is very responsive & easy to contact. Couple negatives ..the master bed was very uncomfortable, huge foam top - would have preferred much less cushion. And the home is located towards the back of the subdivision and you can only get in thru a guard gate with ID at the front of the subdivision which is somewhat of a hassle every time you enter the property. We did enjoy the golf course and overall had a great experience.

Power Trip accomodations

The house was amazing! Perfect location-short lyft to Polo Club for concert. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms comfortable and pool made it very nice to relax before the shows. Would highly recommend and will use again. David was wonderful and so easy to reach.

Welcome to our fun Terra Lago home. Ideal for a nice vacation or to stay in a peaceful and safe community. We have 3 children wonderful children that we have raised for the past 7 years. We welcome you to create some great memories with friends, co-workers, and family. This community will make you feel as if you are in your own world. There are great homeowners around that take pride in their homes and community. We feel very proud to be able to continue to spend time in this home from time to time.

Why they chose this property

Or community and home will make you feel very welcoming and safe. We are located near the I-10 freeway. Fantasy Springs Casino is just 1 block away. Extremely easy access to the freeway. Terra Lago Golf Course is directly behind our community. There is a very popular hiking trail just outside the community and a community park as well. You are welcome to catch and release fish at the community lake or just enjoy what the home has to offer in peace. We have no neighbors directly behind our property offering privacy in the backyard while enjoying BBQ and pool time.
