Private property with pool/spa, bbq island, indoor billiard area, 3-hole putting green, 4 bedrooms, laundry room, etc. No Pets. This home sleeps 10 people comfortably. We DO value our guests and have installed a MediAir Air Filtration Device to help fight Covid airborne particles!! Also, we feature genuine Threadmill 600-count COTTON bed sheets for absolutely a perfect sleep. Every room has wireless internet and a flat screen tv, and the outdoor area features a patio table/living area and three loungers. Calm, relaxed property with none of the privacy issues of a golf course home. Come relax, celebrate, unwind... at Chateau Festival Indio! Just MOMENTS away from the Concerts, Tennis Tournament, Restaurants, Horse Show, etc. PLEASE NOTE: 3 cars MAX on driveway - no street parking. Our neighbors have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their property, too, so please... respect is key, so if you don't have it for us, then... well, you know... :). All we ask is that you are honest with your booking, respectful to our neighbors, and mindful of our rules (which are sent upon booking!). Please also note that we do have a 2-night minimum on FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS. Besides that, and the Special Holidays, we have a 1-night minimum. :) HVAC can be set from 72 to 80 degrees - enjoy! :)

We had an incredible stay at this property during Coachella weekend! The house was not only a short 6-minute drive from the festival grounds but also featured fantastic amenities including a pool, spa, mini-golf area, basketball court, and pool table that added so much fun to our stay. The house was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Our host was outstanding, truly going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He was so thoughtful that he even went out of his way to buy us new golf clubs and balls and dropped them off for the newly installed putting green. It's rare to find such a proactive and caring host. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

A great location. It’s really close to the BNP Paribas tournament at Indian Wells. The owner is extremely helpful to make your stay comfortable.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfectly located and central to most everything that happens in the Valley. Horse Show... Tennis Tournament... Coachella... Stagecoach... as well as Art shows and Dog shows. Indio is known as the City of Festivals, and for good reason! That's why the home was chosen - a perfect blend of outdoor living with peaceful surroundings. Enjoy!

What makes this property unique

The home is a SMOKE-FREE environment - no smoking anywhere on the property. The home is super close to Jackalope Ranch, Shields Date Garden, downtown Indio and La Quinta, and it's very close to the festivals and the Tennis Tournament. We continue to learn from our guests, so whatever is right or wrong, we make it better by your reviews and information! So, thank you! :). Oh, and we just installed MediAir Filtration on each floor to help the fight with Covid-19!!!
