Your next desert getaway awaits you at this newly renovated home. Located on a ranch-style lot, this rental offers plenty of room for friends and family. The enclosed yard boasts a refreshing pool for relaxing in the sun and a full island kitchen complete with a BBQ, sink, and a bar, all topped by a palapa. Inside your home, you will find a full kitchen with new appliances, and a spacious living area. The home also features a pickleball court designed to replicate the nearby Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens are one mile away for the Paribas Tennis Tournament. Catch your favorite musicians at the Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals on the Polo Grounds just seven miles from your rental. Visit one of several golf courses in the area where you can swing a club, or do some shopping on the well-known El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert, only six miles away.

The pool does not have heat at this time.
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Private and safe

Loved it. It was private and clean. It also felt safe. Plenty of parking for my guests. It needed a broom and a vacuum though. No pool accesories; had to buy. Would stay here again; didn't want to leave, had to purchase additional night.

Perfect Getaway

Needed a place to get away and play some golf with friends in the desert. This was a great spot for that. Lots of space and plenty of privacy. Thanks for a great weekend!
