We are situated just minutes away from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Empire Polo Club; Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach, El Paseo, Palm Desert, and many Casinos! This charming Spanish-style home offers the perfect amount of luxury and relaxation. With its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and private pool, you’ll be sure to enjoy your days and nights in style.

Once inside, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and airy living room with plenty of space for entertaining. Off of the living room is a formal dining room, with seating for up to eight. The updated kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook with a view of the pool. The backyard is an oasis of relaxation, complete with a private pool, golf course on site, covered patio, BBQ, and a propane fire pit, and the backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining. This home has it all and is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

enjoyable stay

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay The house is nice and comfortable (a few things need addressing (discussed with property manager) The complex is quiet and well maintained. Great for daily walks. The location is convenient to all the things needed for an extended stay.

Festival Weekend.

House was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and convenient to the festival fairgrounds. All rooms were nice sized with comfortable queen beds. Swimming pool in the back yard was a plus as it was a hot weekend. Host was easy to communicate with and the house was as shown online. I would definitely stay here again.
