We do allow animals but require a pet fee of $100 per animal.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
Per standard practices in Palm Springs valley, pool + spa heat is optional, for $100 per night. If you'd like to heat the pool or spa, please let us know and we will send you instructions on how to turn on the heater on your check-in day. We recommend considering pool/spa heat between October-May.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
For summer guests - if the AC was used, please set it to 82 degrees.
For winter guests - if the heater was used, please turn it off.
If you have heated the pool, please turn off the heater.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
