The layout of the house (beds and baths) worked for 5 unrelated adults. Check-in and out was easy. The location was very convenient to our location - Indian Wells tennis tournament. The cost and time to heat the hot tub was inconvenient.

Golf stay

Stayed for a week for golf. Place was great for 4 men. Played golf during the day and relaxed at night in pool and spa. Plenty of other things to do as well in the house besides just playing cards. Pool table, ping pong, darts.

Great for our family!

There was plenty of space and plenty to do (pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, game table with games etc.) for all 7 of us (ages 7-81) at this property and it was convenient to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, which was the primary reason for our stay. We would suggest that at least one bathroom be equipped for handicapped persons and that there is closet space and dresser space added to the master bedroom.

Marvellous Property

We had a great stay at this home. the pool was great, lots of morning and midday sun. Its a nice big house with lots of diversions - pool, pool table, table tennis. cornhole, and a proper card table. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was certainly room for a few more. quiet neighbourhood (bylaw enforced, haha) and close to groceries and other shops. Book with confidence!

This is ok for family ,pool is very cold, spa ok, manager a little condescending on paying extra for pool and spa warmth and a big let down, freezing cold! Yikes! Let down after asking for directions, ok for summer but not spring.sun goes down on pool at 3-4

IF YOU DON’T WANT A COLD POOL, THEN HEAT IT… I told you weeks before hand the pool was 71°. I suggested multiple times if this was too cold for you, that you should heat the pool. You opted out of pool heating against my recommendation, and only went with spa heating. Not sure what kind of directions you were asking for? I even said, most guest are heating pools at all my other properties this time of year. We had multiple conversations about this on VRBO, and you even called me on my phone twice to discuss pool temperature and heating cost. So I feel you review is very rude and misleading to other potential guest. The only person you can blame is yourself for that one. You let down your family on their spring break over $175, then get mad at me for it? You’re giving me a 3 star review for the temperature of the pool. You could have just reached out to me anytime durning your stay, and request pool to be heated, everyone would have been happy?!

Great Place

The first thing I would say is that I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. It was in very good shape. It was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. They even had printed labels telling you what went where! The bedrooms and bathrooms were as advertised and very nice. They had soap and shampoo stocked. The entertaining area was super nice with a good couch, really big TV, a nice pool table and a poker table all in an open concept area. There was a ping pong table and dart board set up in the garage for further fun. The back yard had lots of places to sit and relax. Overall, it really good experience.

Great place...

The property is great, fairly clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with tons nearby. The day of check-in I still hadn't received any checks in instructions... I reached out via the app and Grant the property manager was just plain rude stating that the owner sent the information to the wrong number. Great but I still had 0 info and had to reach out for everything. The hot tub was definitely not 100 even after hours... The pool was warm and a great addition.

Sorry about the mix up on the text message, but I was glad I was still able to get you in early. The spa is on a 2.5hr timer. It does take about 30 minutes to heat up, but if you leave it and come back after 2.5hrs then the pool goes back to filtering. You can just turn it back on if you’re still using it after 2.5hrs.

Guys getaway

Beautiful open communal living space with entertainment (pool table & card table) that leads out to the sparkling pool and hot tub. Several beautiful and useful sitting areas to enjoy the outdoor space. House also has comfortable beds/sleeping arrangements, not to mention a grill and outdoor games. Simply put, a wonderful home base to enjoy the area.
