This home also offers a kid-friendly bunk room plus a casita with a sleeping area and a bathroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 3 outdoor cameras. There is a camera at the front of the home facing the driveway and street. There is also a camera in the courtyard facing the front door and the door to the casita. A 3rd camera in the backyard facing the greens that gets disconnected the day prior to guests arrival.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The scenery is paradise not the house

This is not a kid friendly home. Check in and out was easy. But there is no shade outside for anyone. Outdoor space is not very inviting. The flooring throughout the house is very slippery. Staff was very helpful when we needed to call them. Only 2 bowls as well. Otherwise kitchen was stocked very well. No high chair which was a terrible mess with a 9 month old. Fountain was not working in the main courtyard. Could have used some flowers and furniture. Living room could you a better lay out and couch. It’s great for more of a party crowd.

Sheets dirty on one of the bunk beds. Microwave makes s horrible sound.

You need to post that you charge an additional cost to heat the hot tub and the pool. Nothing said about that until a day before we arrived. And also said you need to notify management 48 hours in advance. We were told the day before less than 24 hours.

Nice house but some issues

The house had plenty of room and the separate casita with a bed and bathroom was great. Backyard had a nice view in green area, pool and water feature. But there were a few issues: - There was pvc piping locking all the windows so that you couldn’t open any of them. Suspect this was done for energy efficiency but felt like owner or property manager didn’t trust visitors to keep windows closed with a/c on. Difficult to sleep at night even in March when it’s warm. - Not allowed to turn thermostat below 74 which is too warm especially when you can’t open the windows - No bowls and only large spoons in the kitchen, limited number of mugs, no whisk or mixing bowls (to make pancakes) - Original bathrooms and tiny shower in the master bathroom despite the huge walk-in closet - Limited outdoor furniture and no umbrella outside for shade - No transponder provided to open gates to the community so always have to use main entry gate where there’s a line of cars. Other places I’ve stayed in this community give visitors a transponder to use. Overall I was somewhat disappointed in this property. I come to the area every year for a few days and this place was not up to par with similar properties I’ve stayed at for the same or lower price.

Perfect family getaway

Perfect house for our family to get together for the long weekend. Pool was great, wonderful grass area right off the back off the house. Kids loved their own room, playing musical beds with all the options. Team was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had.
