Ughhhhhhhhh

(This is a very short review because VRBO gravely limits the number of characters I can use. Great idea on their part. So you, the potential guest, only gets a snapshot of all the problems.) AC didn’t work. Wifi didn’t work until late second day Hard to maintain pool and spa temps. Instructions incorrect and incomplete. Pool became very murky. Dishwasher fell out of cupboard, punctured my arm, getting a tetanus shot today! House alarm went off but smoke detector doesn’t work (separate incidences) Ice dispenser stopped working I coordinated and hosted pool maintenance people, AC repairmen, and property manager (who had no affiliation to the rental company) to fix problems This house and yard has amazing potential. These were all easy fixes that should have already been done. This is a management problem. A home-owner’s problem. Should not be a guest problem. But I got to pay for it all with time and effort and my money.

No power- no stay

Property looked like it was great from our phone flashlights. But booking a3 nights in Palm Springs for my family on an emergency basis with no help was a nightmare. Yes I got a refund but stay cost 3x as much. Booked back in March!!!

Great Value in the Desert

Thank you to our property manager for accommodating us with some grace time to both check in and depart. Much appreciated! It's a very nice and spacious house. We were four for a weekend golf tournament and the house did great. It has a spacious kitchen and den, had a decent pool table, and I didn't hear any complaints from my friends about the comfort of the beds. I know mine was comfortable.
