Welcome to DESERT VILLA! A great relaxing place to get away from it all. This huge desert villa has 4 bedrooms and a large pool in a large enclosed yard. The house is set in a private setting with modern decor and has beautiful mountain views. There are multiple lounging areas. House is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella/ Stage Coach Festivals and Polo Fields. A few blocks away are endless hiking and biking trails. See additional FEES for PETS and POOL HEATING.
It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and will issues fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests resulting in eviction of guests. Pool heating fee (up to 84 degrees from 9AM-7PM):
May-Oct: Not needed as it’s pretty warm. $65 first day and $35 per day after that.
Nov-April: $110 first day and $60 per day after that.
We are on Propane here costs are significantly high for that especially in winter. We are just passing on the costs( no mark up) to guests. Pool heating up to a reasonable temperature of 83-85 degrees takes about 12-18 hours in winter and 10-12 hours in warmer months. Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool for you and your guests. You are also releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool involves certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.

Fun in the South

Home near hiking trails

This is a wonderful home near the trailhead to several hikes in La Quinta. It was perfect for two couples (or more) and we enjoyed our stay. Make sure to visit the Sunday Farmer's Market in the Cove and to walk the neighborhood Bear Creek trail.

Palm Springs Family Vacation

The pictures does not do justice to the house we rented. We will definitely be rebooking this property next time we are in Palm Springs. The beds were very comfortable and our adult children enjoyed the use of the swimming pool daily.

Comfortable Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! We had an issue with one of the appliances, but the hosts were very responsive and resolved the issue promptly and appropriately. The property is spacious and clean, and there are breathtaking views in the surrounding quiet community. This was my first time going to La Quinta, so I didn’t know what to expect. It is a quiet little town. But there are a lot of stores and restaurants.We had a fantastic time staying at your beautiful home. Our host was super responsive answering my questions. I love that every room is so spacious and very well decorated. this trip was for myself and three other friends for our annual Scrapbooking weekend. And there was ample space for us to put our own tables to crop. The location of the home to all the stores was pretty close. I’d say about 20 minute drive. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and you could take a nice stroll in the evening without worries of many cars. The pool was nice and clean we thoroughly enjoyed it. I definitely want to come back with my family for a quick getaway. I think they would love this house.

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with 3 kids and 4 adults. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable, bedding was nice quality and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook meals, even including an instant pot. The pool was clean and the outdoor area very spacious, peaceful and private. The location was great - a little off the beaten track, but within walking distance to the multiple trailheads. Lastly, Anjali the owner, was very helpful and extremely responsive to questions and requests, which was much appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the La Quinta area as this was a very positive VRBO experience!

Our stay here was terrific. The house was so clean and well stocked! The pool was enjoyable. The quietness was most appreciated. We were a group of four related women visiting La Quinta for a wedding. This house was so perfect for us! The home is laid out so that it feels roomy! We never felt like we were on top of each other. The place was sparkling CLEAN! And the pool area was beyond what we had hoped for. Our host was so easy to communicate with and we very much appreciated her kindness and friendliness. Everything we needed for relaxing stay

We spent 5 nights with our college age daughter and her friend and our dog during spring break. The girls both had their own room and we all had plenty of room to hang out and relax. The house is walking distance to some nice hikes. The pool was great; as was the sitting spaces in the back yard. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Bedrooms are well laid out and the main master was spacious with a slider out to the back patio. We went to Joshua Tree National Park on one of the days and the location in La Quinta worked well for a trip through the park entering up north through the west entrance, doing a few hikes and then a drive back through the park exiting at the South entrance. Overall a great stay!

This house was perfect for our family reunion - plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. House is walking distance to several great trails. The backyard was a lovely place to have meals, and the pool added to the ambiance (although it was not heated). The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances were very clean and in working order.
