Desert Getaway with Private Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub

Welcome to our home in La Quinta, a four bedroom, three bath house that will comfortably sleep up to eight guests. We are located just over a mile from the Indian Wells Tennis Center, and a short drive from Stagecoach and Coachella festivals, PGA West, the famous El Paseo shopping district, and beautiful Old Town La Quinta. There are numerous shops very close by which is convenient for any essentials you might need.

The 2000-square-foot interior is outfitted with plenty of entertainment options for fun with family and friends. There is an impressive pool table which is well suited for challenging competition, or a beautiful foosball table for a change of pace! Take a seat at the bar if you prefer to spectate the gaming fun. You can also head out to the garage for an energetic round of ping pong on our high quality table. Relax in the living room to take advantage of our high speed WiFi, or the cable TV with HBO, Showtime, ESPN, Golf, Tennis and other channels all included with your stay. We also have a selection of board games for some family fun.

Experience outdoor living in the private backyard, where you can enjoy a dip in the sparkling saltwater pool with beach entry and beautiful pebble tec finish, or a soak in the relaxing hot tub. Barbecue with friends and family on our recently added built-in BBQ grill, enjoying outdoor meals under the covered patio.

Inside, take advantage of our large open kitchen which is fully stocked to prepare delicious home cooked meals. Enjoy sitting together at the dining table which can seat up to 8 people.

Once you're ready to call it a night, escape to one of the inviting bedrooms to settle down. The master bedroom has a California king size bed with Smart HD TV, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms both contain queen size beds and share a bathroom via the common hallway. The fourth bedroom is in a separate area of the home with it's own bathroom, equipped with a California king bed and Smart HD TV.

For cooler months from October thru April, the pool can be heated for an additional charge, up to a maximum of $75 per day depending on which month. Please request prior to booking for the exact amount.

For stays during Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, the refundable damage deposit will be $1,500. Please note that the primary renter must be at least 30 years old.

Beach cities about 1 hour 40 minutes away, Big Bear Ski Area approx. 1 1/2 hours, San Diego approx. 2 hours and Las Vegas approx. 3 1/2 hours.

Your safety matters. Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the house, facing out towards the street. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock and you will receive a unique code for entry during your stay - no need to hassle with keys!

Please be aware there is no land line at the house.

Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-7am and will be enforced by the city. Parties are strictly prohibited and will be grounds for termination of the rental agreement.
