We went for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. This was within walking distance of the venue. There were 5 of us and the home could not have been better. Shopping was not far away so we walked to the area and uber back with our things.I would definitely stay here again.

The house was fine. However the communication with property management was horrible. I tried to reach them about a week before my stay to tell them we wanted the pool heated. No one responded to my messages in the app. I tried calling and no one answered. I began to think I had been scammed. I was very stressed because another couple was going with us. I finally got ahold of someone after days of calling. They confirmed they had my reservation. Apparently they were going through a management change. The day of the reservation I don’t hear anything. I called for hours until I finally got through to someone who gave me the check in information. At the house there was no instructions for anything. We couldn’t figure out how to heat the spa but couldn’t get through to anyone to ask.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back - only thing is La Quinta has noise ordinances so we weren’t really allowed to have music by the pool.

Our party of three couples with 2 infants loved it. Great pool and home in a good neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the grill was big and nice. The pool is heated and has canopies for shade which is key midday. Beds were nice and pool table was good to have for nights in. Overall I wouldn't change anything.

The property was very clean and prepared, just about every amenity was provided. We brought so much thinking we had to do so, but there were towels, spices, sheets, coffee stuff- list goes on. TV’s in each of. The bedrooms allowed for away time from the group. Thank you - we had a great experience!

Great stay for Coachella

Our group was very comfortable at this house for Coachella. The kitchen was good for cooking, three full bathrooms were super convenient, and the outdoor area with pool and hot tub were very nice. Only complaint is that the kitchen ended up being stocked with spices, coffee, condiments, etc which weren’t mentioned in the listing so we ended up buying supplies before getting to the house and had to go back and return duplicate items, so it would be nice if the listing included more detail on what’s in the house.

Beautiful house

The house was exactly as shown. They house was mostly clean though the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning and the floors needed the vacuum ran over them in the bedrooms. There were plenty of cookware and dishware. Overall except for wifi issues it was a great place to stay

House was great, plenty of space, well stocked, great kitchen, everything worked at advertised. Only point I would make is the air conditioning is limited to no lower than 76 degrees. If you like it cooler than that, you can not set it lower than 76 degrees.

Summer 2020 friendcation

We were a group of 8 ranging in ages 7 - 33. We loved the house. Everything explained in the listing via VRBO was exactly the same in person. All appliances in the home worked great. Everything supplied in the home was sufficient. Inside and outside of the home were clean and in order. The decor of the home also made it that much better. Very fun and cute home.

The house is well situated in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores, restaurants, shops, even Costco. The house has an open floor plan and offers many choices for entertainment. Our family, mostly, enjoyed the swimming pool and the full size pool table. Beds were comfortable. The owner, Carlos was easy to contact and prompt with his response. He was great to work with and attended to whatever we needed. The property was accurately described and well maintained, clean inside and out and well equipped. Highly recommend this property. We would certainly consider returning in the future.
